Parents and Camper Families:
- Log in to your camp specific, secure Parent Communicator site.
- Select the camper(s) to send an email to.
- Check their available email credits and add free credits if applicable.
- Type their letter, add borders, games, or photos, then hit send email button.
- Emails are stored on our servers and prepared for delivery to camp.
- Receive unlimited customer support via email and phone.
- Invite other family members and friends to join them in using Parent Communicator.

Camp Directors:
- Emails are collected daily and a single file is prepared for printing.
- Emails are sorted by cabin and camper name.
- Deadline for email submissions is set by camp personnel.
- Camp staff can re-print emails and re-download email file at their discretion.
- Directors can pre-purchase credits to give to parents as Free Credits. Camp Directors can create and maintain the coupon codes and number of free credits to be allocated per code.
- Customize the header text for the one-way email screen to personalize the instructions for your camper families.
